Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements outlined in care plans.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance their quality of life.
Experience
Previous experience in a care role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping is beneficial.
A good command of English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Experience in home care or within a care home setting is desirable but not mandatory.
Requirements
To be able to start by 7am
Driving License required
16+ Hours throughout the week
2pm till 11pm
Must to work alternate weekends
