Location: Uckfield, East Sussex; with travel to client sites as required.
Salary: £28 - £32k based on experience
Hours: Full time 40 Hours Per Week, Permanent
About the role
Reporting into the Administration Manager, you will be the central point of contact for a small number of key clients. Working closely with the Central Helpdesk team to ensure all works are programmed and completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your main role is to connect and link all aspects of the business together by working alongside our managers, engineers, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Your responsibilities will Include:
• Liaising with Clients, UKFSL Helpdesk & Engineers as well as specialist Sub Contractors.
• Preparing quotations for clients where remedial works and additional out of contract works as required.
• Overseeing small project works and ensuring effective communication internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
• Completing client reports and attending KPI and Review Meetings.
• Reviewing, updating and processing information using our bespoke computer system. (Training will be given).
• You will be responsible for planning and preparing PPM tasks and setting up Contracts for the sites you oversee.
• Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries.

• You must be a confident and reliable person with a good work ethic.
• You must possess excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
• You should be computer literate: (Word & Excel – please note training will be given on our bespoke system).
• You need to be always assertive and calm.
