Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £270-£300
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join one of the Uk's leading clients across the logistics, manufacturing and warehousing sectors to design, supply and install industry leading warehouse fit-out solutions. Renowned for delivering high-quality, large scale construction projects across the country.
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the project, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The role will be based in Peterborough working on a industrial project.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations
- Ensure compliance with all HSEQ standards and company policies
- Manage subcontractors and trades
- Lead site meetings and toolbox talks
- Monitor programme progress and report to the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial and commercial projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of construction process
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
- Expereince in Warehouse racking and electrical
