We have three roles on offer:
Data and Analytics Enablement team - you will lead products that make departmental data easily discoverable, understandable, and truly valuable for everyone. You’ll drive the development of data curation, data matching, and metadata management capabilities - empowering the organisation to unlock the full potential of its data through trusted, well‑structured, and insight‑ready information assets.
Citizen Information - you will be responsible for safely storing and sharing citizen data within DWP and beyond. You will be leading a prominent service delivery as part of a high-profile programme, engaging with a diverse and influential stakeholder group both internal and external to DWP and Digital to achieve the stated goals using third party data.
Corporate Services – you will manage the products and services that exist across our corporate centre e.g. HR and Finance. The candidate will lead on the stakeholder engagement with senior level colleagues aiming to prioritise the backlog and translate that back into our Digital team to deliver against. This is a key role to supporting our move to a more product-led and UCD approach so mentoring and coaching team members will be expected.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead and drive the product development for a complex core service here at DWP.
You will be as passionate about people as you are about products, leading teams to define, design and deliver your vision and realise the value for your users.

As Senior Product Manager you are expected to be an expert leader in product and possess a strong understanding of product management techniques.
Experience
- You will have proven ability to lead digital professionals, setting direction and enabling creation of products that meet strategic aims.
- Experience working at a senior level and across organisational boundaries to build positive relationships and gain support for your aims.
- Experience in developing product strategy and meaningful, value driven roadmaps that guide your teams and your stakeholders.
- Have experience in developing and continuously improving product maturity, increasing performance and quality.
- Experience of driving insight and data to enable improvements to be made and evidence decision making.
- Experience of actively leading & managing significant transformational change in a complex environment.
