Are you someone who thrives on the buzz of a construction site and takes pride in getting things done right? We’re looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to take charge of daily on‑site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day site activities, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and equipment to make sure projects progress smoothly. You’ll support planning, monitor timelines, and keep operations on track by managing resources effectively. Quality and safety will sit at the heart of everything you do—conducting inspections, enforcing SHEQ standards, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring all works meet design and compliance requirements. You’ll act as the key link between the workforce, engineers, and the Project Manager, maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and a well‑motivated team committed to delivering excellent results.
