Ashwell Maintenance Limited is looking for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our friendly, long-established team.

We work predominantly in schools and public sector buildings across Leicestershire, servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial heating systems. Work may occasionally include domestic-type appliances within public buildings, but we do not work in domestic homes.

This is a permanent role with stable, year-round work. We are a small, supportive company with a loyal client base, with some relationships spanning over 30 years.

Based in Leicester | Covering Leicestershire and surrounding areas


About the Role:

Servicing and repairing commercial boilers, heating systems, gas installations, and general plumbing
Working both independently and alongside the team in public buildings
Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour shifts
Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours
2x on Saturdays after 12pm and all day Sunday

What You’ll Need:

Domestic and commercial gas qualifications with solid experience with commercial gas appliances and heating systems
General plumbing knowledge
Ability to work unsupervised and solve problems on the site
Full UK driving licence (required)
Own hand tools
