Location: Grantham, minimum of 2 days a week in the office but candidate needs to be flexible dependent on demands of role
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 depending on experience
Are you passionate about creating visually compelling presentations that bring complex ideas to life? Do you have an eye for
detail, a flair for layout, and the ability to turn raw content into clear, engaging stories?
We’re excited to have an opportunity for a Presentation Designer to join our Marketing team. This junior role is perfect for
someone who loves visual communication and wants to specialise in presentation design.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design professional, polished presentations for internal and external use
- Translate raw documents and data into structured slide decks
- Improve content flow, clarity and visual hierarchy
- Develop and maintain branded templates and slide libraries
- Support conference and event presentation production
- Work directly with senior stakeholders
- Manage multiple requests and deadlines efficiently
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Canva or similar presentation tools
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
You should:
- Be proactive, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure
- Have strong visual judgement
- Be comfortable owning deliverables
- Be able to challenge unclear briefs constructively
