Protocol Education is working with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Colchester that is looking for a full-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil within the classroom. This is a truly rewarding opportunity for someone who is compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping children feel confident, supported, and able to thrive at school.

In this role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support, helping a pupil engage in their learning, build confidence, and feel included in all aspects of school life. Your encouragement and guidance will play a key role in helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

As part of the team, you will be supported by experienced teachers and leadership who truly value the impact support staff have on pupils' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
