Crynodeb

A welcoming primary school in BS4 is looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a lovely Year 1 pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis.

This little one is bright, curious, and thrives with routine. Transitions can feel overwhelming, and busy classroom moments need careful navigation. That's where you come in.

You'll be the steady hand helping them access learning, build friendships, and feel safe in their school day. The SENCO is experienced, the class teacher is collaborative, and there's a clear support plan already in place.

This isn't about "just sitting next to a child". It's about building trust, spotting triggers early, and celebrating progress that others might miss.
