About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our specialist team supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). This is a deeply rewarding role where you'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide highly individualised care and education to students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with PMLD in both group and 1:1 settings

Assist with personal care including feeding, and moving & handling (training provided)

Use a range of communication methods including Makaton, PECS, and sensory approaches

Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to their review
