Are you organised, friendly, and ready to make a real difference in a busy school environment? We're looking for a dynamic Admin Assistant to join our main office team on a temporary basis, with the potential to stay until the end of the school year in July.

Start Date: April 20th

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (term-time only)

What you'll be doing:

As our Admin Assistant, no two days will be the same! You will:
- Welcome visitors, parents, and pupils with a friendly smile
- Answer phone calls and handle general office administration
- Photocopy, file, and keep our office running smoothly
- Support pupils where needed and assist with lunch duties
- Help our SEND and Safeguarding teams with tasks such as referrals to services and booking meetings

Who we're looking for:
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people of all ages
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Previous school or office experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
