TeacherActive is pleased to collaborate with numerous secondary schools across Chepstow. We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors based in Chepstow to deliver consistent, high-quality support within our school network.
Role Overview
Cover Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring classroom continuity, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. Although lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to effectively manage behaviour and maintain student engagement
• Flexibility to work across various departments and age groups on a daily basis
