We're looking for a Business Analyst who's passionate about improving public services and confident working on government funded programmes. You'll turn complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions, collaborating with colleagues across operations, technology and delivery to help us deliver work that genuinely improves outcomes for citizens. This role is fully remote. You must be eligible to gain Security Clearance.
What you'll be doing
• establishing, validating and documenting business requirements with stakeholders, aligned to project objectives
• mapping processes and controls, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting robust, compliant documentation
• collaborating with operational, project and IT teams to analyse problems and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions
• supporting testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements, including query resolution and defect management
• facilitating workshops and working groups to align requirements, resolve issues and drive decisions
• building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clarity, momentum and high‑quality deliverables
What we're looking for
Essential
• proven experience as a Business Analyst within public services, with exposure to government contracts or government‑funded programmes
• strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and recommendations
• confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical and supplier groups
• practical knowledge of process modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN) and familiarity with iterative solution options
• ability to manage time effectively and work independently across multiple workstreams when needed
• proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, plus familiarity with common delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

• Current Security Clearance
