Crynodeb

We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery and handover of fast-paced modular construction projects, ensuring all building services are fully tested, compliant, and ready for client use.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems
• Plan and oversee testing, inspection, and system validation
• Coordinate with site, design, and manufacturing teams
• Ensure all commissioning documentation and certification is completed
• Support client demonstrations and final handover

Requirements

• Proven experience in commissioning within construction
• Strong M&E background (mechanical or electrical)
• Previous experience as an M&E Site Manager or similar
• Knowledge of commissioning processes and building services systems
• Able to work across multiple sites and travel as required

Desirable

• Experience in modular / offsite construction
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or similar)
• SMSTS / CSCS
