Champions Children’s Homes are recruiting Bank Residential Support Workers to join our team at our residential children’s home in Cromford, near Matlock (Derbyshire).

This role involves supporting and safeguarding children and young people aged 10–17 with emotional and behavioural needs within a registered residential setting.

Bank Residential Support Workers support the home when additional staffing is required, such as during sickness, annual leave, training or increased care needs.

When working a shift, Bank staff provide the same standard of care and support as permanent staff.

You will help maintain a safe, calm and stable environment, respond to the needs of young people, and support the day-to-day running of the home.

Shifts may include day shifts, evenings, waking nights, weekends and occasional sleep-ins, depending on the needs of the service.
