A support worker is required for a lady in North Shields for 4 hours per week.
The successful applicant will support the lady to manage and attend health appointments and correspondence. This lady would like the opportunity to attend activities in the community to increase her social interaction and connect with others to help increase her confidence and motivation with leaving the house.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS application. This will be funded by the employer.
