A support worker is required for a gentleman in the Forest Hall area. A small amount of personal care would be required whilst out and about.
7 hours per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons 1pm until 4.30 pm) Tuesday is flexible but Thursday is fixed.
The successful applicant will accompany the gentleman, via his Motability vehicle, to a men’s group one afternoon and then to a regular outing on the other afternoon. You will also be required to do occasional sleep-ins and some ad hoc hours.
A sociable person who has held a full clean uk driving licence for a minimum of 3 years and who is prepared to do minimal personal care is essential. You will be working along side a care agency who do regular drop in calls. A sense of humour and an appreciation of football would be fantastic!
The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS application. This will be funded by the employer.
