Job Title: Campervan Carpentry Assistant
Location: Weston-Super-Mare BS24
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm (30-minute break)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay - £12.71 to £14.00 PH (DOE)
Job Overview
Titan Recruitment Solutions are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a multiskilled operative. The ideal candidate will be part of constructing, assembling, and customising high end Mercedes Sprinter campervans to meet design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow layout plans to accurately fit and secure cabinetry and fixtures
• Use carpentry skills and hand tools safely and effectively
• Work carefully around existing electrical systems, plumbing, and heating components
• Ensure all installations are fitted neatly and securely
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Uphold excellent quality control throughout the build
Requirements
• Carpentry knowledge or experience
• Familiarity with common hand tools and how to use them safely
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work from plans or layouts
• Practical mindset and good manual skills
Desirable (but not essential)
• Experience working with campervans, vans, or vehicle conversions
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical
