£16–£19 per hour – DOE
Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Workforce Manufacturing are currently working with a fast-growing fabrication company in Birmingham, creating amazing architectural metalwork – think staircases, balustrades, balconies, and structural steelwork.
This is your chance to weld, fabricate, and shine on bespoke, high-quality projects every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ MIG & TIG welding on mild steel & stainless
✅ Fabricating stunning architectural metalwork
✅ Working from engineering drawings – precision is key!
✅ Producing both one-off and batch work
What We Want From You:
Solid MIG & TIG welding experience
Experience with staircases, balustrades, or similar architectural work
Ability to read technical drawings
Eye for detail and pride in your craft
