Duties:
- Conduct car services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers’ homes or workplaces
- Deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all clients
- Maintain and diagnose a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Automotive Engineering
- Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in an automotive mobile service environment
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
