Crynodeb
The Network Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of Adage Digital Ltd's network infrastructure across its UK operations and its Estonian subsidiary. This role is central to the company's ability to deliver on its four new software development contracts secured through the Estonian subsidiary, which require robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructure managed from the UK parent entity.
This is a UK-based role. The post-holder will be employed by and based at Adage Digital Ltd's UK office, providing central network services to support group-wide technical delivery.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Network Infrastructure Management
● Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN infrastructure supporting UK and Estonian operations
● Manage network connectivity between UK parent and Estonian subsidiary to ensure seamless technical delivery
● Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across all group locations
● Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
● Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing configurations
2.2 Contract Delivery Support
● Provide dedicated network infrastructure support for four active software development contracts delivered from the UK
● Ensure network architecture meets the specific technical requirements of each client contract
● Coordinate with development teams to ensure network capacity supports project delivery timelines
● Maintain secure client data environments in compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
2.3 Security and Compliance
● Implement and enforce network security policies in accordance with industry standards and client contractual requirements
● Conduct regular network security audits and vulnerability assessments
● Manage SSL certificates, encryption protocols, and access control systems
● Ensure compliance with UK and Estonian data protection requirements across network infrastructure
● Respond to and manage network security incidents
2.4 Systems Administration
● Administer servers, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure supporting development operations
● Manage backup and disaster recovery systems for all network and server infrastructure
● Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and change records
● Coordinate hardware procurement and lifecycle management
2.5 Technical Support and Collaboration
● Provide second and third-line technical support for network-related issues across the group
● Collaborate with software development teams to support deployment pipelines and technical environments
● Liaise with external service providers, ISPs, and cloud vendors
● Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and non-technical colleagues
