• Embedding and promoting the Borrow Wood BEST behaviours in everything we do, creating a calm, respectful and positive learning environment
• Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring and collaborative practice
• Contributing strategically to school improvement, while remaining highly visible and approachable

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong knowledge of EYFS and/or Key Stage 1
• Has proven whole school leadership experience at a senior or middle leader level, and the ability to inspire others
• Is passionate about inclusive practice, nurture and high-quality teaching
• Lives and breathes our BEST behaviours, modelling them consistently for pupils and staff
• Has warmth, integrity and a genuine love of primary education
