We are proud to announce that, in addition to our existing Alternative Provision, we will be opening a new 48-place specialist provision on 1st September 2026 in Crewe. We are recruiting for multiple teaching vacancies. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the outcomes for young people in our growing school.

The provision will operate under the same ethos that defines Cornerstone: authentic relationships, adaptive to need, and child centred practice. We are particularly interested in teachers who:

• Have experience supporting transition between primary and secondary phases and between mainstream and specialist
As a founding member of staff, you will play an important role in shaping the culture, curriculum and learning environment of a new and ambitious school. To be successful, you will need to exemplify our core values: child centred, authentic in all our relationships and adaptive and sensitive to need. If you feel that Cornerstone Academy may be the right place for you, we hope you will consider applying for the post.
