What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid certification
- CSCS Card (Gold / Black / White)
- Experience within the new‑build housing sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high H&S standards
