Hands‑on experience leading core HR cycles (recruitment, performance, compensation, promotions)

Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proven experience delivering organisational change

Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

CIPD qualification or HR-related degree (desirable)

A genuine commitment to role modelling inclusive behaviours and values
