Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
About the Role:Our client in Heywood is looking for an experienced PC Hardware Tester to join their team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with previous experience testing and inspecting computer hardware, particularly monitors and laptops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and diagnosing laptops, monitors, and other PC components
- Conducting quality control checks and recording results accurately
- Identifying, repairing, or reporting hardware faults
- Safely handling and moving IT equipment (manual handling required)
- Ensuring all products meet company and customer standards
- Previous PC hardware testing or IT refurbishment experience essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Competitive pay at £12.21 per hour
- Temp-to-perm progression after probation period

- Monday-Friday, day shifts (no weekends)
