Location: Ramsgate, Kent
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per year (DOE)
Contract: Perm
Monday - Thursday - 12-hour shifts, moving to 4-on/4-off rotation eventually

What You'll Do
- Lead Bulk Packing, Flow Wrapping & Bagging stations
- ⚙️ Ensure equipment setup, operation & changeovers run smoothly
- Maintain product quality & presentation standards
- Complete accurate packing records
- Supervise, support & coach Packing Line Operatives
- Assist with shift start-ups, changeovers & handovers
- Identify and implement efficiency and quality improvements
Health & Safety
- ✔ Promote safe working practices
- ✔ Ensure correct use of PPE
- ✔ Complete safety checks & report hazards
- ✔ Maintain a clean, organised workspace
What We're Looking For
- ✅ Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-speed production
- ✅ Hands-on with automated packing lines
- ✅ Strong attention to detail & product quality
- ✅ Team-focused, supportive, and proactive
- ✅ Willing to learn & cross-train across production areas
