These include: • 45 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures)• Generous Occupational Pension Scheme About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced electrician who is considering a new direction in their career and is passionate about supporting the next generation of skilled professionals.In this role, you will take responsibility for the day to day management and supervision of our modern electrical installation training workshop. Working closely with tutors, you will support both full time learners and apprentice electricians, helping them develop their practical skills and achieve high quality outcomes in a safe, well organised environment.Key responsibilities include:• Preparing, maintaining, and improving training workstations and assessment rigs• Managing the ordering, storage, and availability of electrical materials and consumables• Creating, reviewing, and updating risk assessments and safe systems of work• Supporting tutors in the delivery of engaging practical sessions and assessments• Maintaining excellent standards of organisation, safety, and housekeeping across the workshopAbout the PersonThis is a key role within our Electrical Installation team, and you will have a meaningful impact on the development of future electricians. You will support apprentices as they work toward external assessments and share your skills, knowledge, and industry experience with full time learners in workshop sessions.We are looking for someone who is positive, self motivated, and confident working with young people in a supportive, encouraging, and professional manner.
