This is an exciting time to join a successful school which has received a ‘Good’ judgement by Ofsted. In fulfilling the role of School Receptionist / Clerical Assistant you will be the first point of contact for external visitors, parents, students and staff and will need to manage enquiries and messages effectively. The role also provides clerical support to a number of colleagues, school departments and office functions.To be successful in this role you will need good inter-personal skills, be an effective communicator and provide an excellent first impression to those visiting the school. You will also need good general IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work four days per week, 8.15am - 3.15pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (each day includes a half-hour unpaid break). This permanent positions will commence as soon as possible. Further details and an application form are available from the school and can be downloaded from our website. Salary: Hay-11 (SP6) £15,467 for 26 hours per week, term-time only plus 2 INSET days (38.4 weeks per year).
