Crynodeb
The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service and technical support within the Funding and Operations team specialising in Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps. Ensuring accurate data management, compliance with DfE and other funding regulations, and effective management of registers, timetables, course offerings, and processing Apprenticeship onboarding paperwork. The role supports curriculum teams, administrative staff, and senior leaders by maintaining high standards of data integrity and system usability.
