Dealing with patient queries regarding repeat issues. Keeping the hatch area tidy. Emptying collection boxes of uncollected items and re-issuing medication back to stock. Marking patients notes as uncollected. Undertaking other reasonable duties within the framework of the post as directed by the Dispensary Lead.
