Crynodeb
To deliver consultant-level elective care within the soft tissue knee service across designated Trust sites. To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support elective recovery and service development. To take responsibility for the management of inpatients and outpatients under the care of the named consultant. To contribute to outpatient clinics, elective theatre activity and multidisciplinary decision-making. To provide supervision and teaching to junior medical staff, allied health professionals and medical students. To work collaboratively with trauma and infection colleagues as required; there is no formal on-call commitment. To participate in clinical governance activities including audit, quality improvement and appraisal.
