ROLE: Parts Advisor
LOCATION: Bath
SALARY: 32k basic, 35k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday + every other Saturday. 45 hours pw
Parts Advisor required for a main dealer in Bath.
Our client a well-known and successful prestige dealership, are seeking a Parts Advisor.
Duties:
• Greet workshop staff and assist with their needs for parts and accessories both in-person and via telephone / email
• Help our Workshops identify the correct parts for repairs, provide quotations and advise on product selection, availability and pricing
• Take orders from our workshops, raise purchase order numbers and handle invoices and receipts
• Receive, unpack and store parts
• Maintain stock levels, perform stock checks and identify when replacement stock is needed
• Keep accurate records, pursue warranty claims and maintain a clean and organised parts department
About you:
• Previous experience as a parts advisor in the motor trade
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good knowledge of car parts and will be competent looking up parts on the electronic parts catalogue
