About the Role
We are currently seeking two experienced Wheeled Loading Shovel Operators to join a busy site in Avonmouth. This role involves operating loading shovels to move and load materials efficiently while working as part of a professional site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a wheeled loading shovel on site
- Load materials into hoppers, crushers, or transport vehicles
- Move aggregates and other materials around the site
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
- Work closely with site supervisors and other plant operators
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Wheeled Loading Shovel ticket
- Previous experience operating loading shovels on construction, recycling, or quarry sites
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
