Are you a Warehouse or Production Operative looking to progress into a leadership role? This could be the opportunity for you.
PERMANENT ROLE - JUST IN! We are looking for a Team Leader Operations Stores to join our client's dynamic team in Worcester. You will oversee the Stores Operation team and play a key role in developing both your team and operational performance.
This is a permanent position in a state of the art warehouse/production facility. Fast paced where teamwork and efficiency are paramount!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the stores/warehouse team to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage daily operations including staffing, training, materials availability, and system accuracy (IFS).
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Drive performance, continuous improvement, and effective resource management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support audits and cross-site operations as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Computer literate and confident using warehouse systems
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading a team of 15+ people
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Able to work at heights and be trained to use 2 FLT trucks
Shifts & Pay:
- 7am-7:30pm
- Week 1- Thursday-Saturday
- Week 2- Monday to Wednesday, then seven days off.
- £28,763 pa (plus an FLT allowance of £1.03 once two licences passed)
