Crynodeb
Our client a skilled team of accountants are seeking a part time receptionist / Payroll admin to join their team on a permanent basis.
Sage experience is necessary.
What we offer:
• 2 days a week
• Part time
• 9am-5pm
• £10850 per annum DOE
• Permanent position
The role:
• Managing reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors.
• General administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Supporting the payroll department using Sage.
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing flexible support across administrative functions as required.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role.
• Familiarity with Sage payroll software.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using office systems.
• Good organisational skills and diligence.
• Professional manner and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly between departments.
