Deputy Home Manager – £30,000–£35,000
In this Deputy Home Manager role, you’ll help lead a residential care home for older adults where maintaining high standards of care is a daily priority. Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll support the team, oversee care delivery, and help keep the service operating at the level that has earned it a Good CQC rating.
Before You Apply

What You’ll Need

What You’ll Do
- Support the Home Manager with daily oversight of the residential care home
- Supervise staff, guide shift leaders, and ensure safe staffing and care delivery
- Monitor care plans and documentation to maintain CQC compliance and quality standards
- Respond to issues on shift and make operational decisions when the manager is absent
- Work alongside carers and senior staff to maintain consistent care for older residents
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring
