What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Excellence: Take full management responsibility for our restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and special events.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Focus on leading your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.
  • Inspire & Develop: Provide direction to a team of passionate food & beverage experts, nurturing their skills and fostering their ongoing development.

For those wishing to explore further, Oxford Parkway train station is only a five-minute drive away, providing easy access to London. Additionally, the designer outlet shopping at Bicester Village Retail Park is within easy reach.
