As part of job planning, the staff member would be supported to carry out the following roles.Clinical/ professional supervision and appraisal of identified clinical staff.Supporting the recruitment and induction of new staff and trainees.Exercise of professional self-governance in accordance with professional codes of practice of the relevant professional body and Trust policies and procedures.Maintain up to date knowledge of legislation, national and local policies and issues in relation to both the specific client group and mental health.
