Document Controller

An award-winning house builder is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their Document Control team. Initially this is for a 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity for this to be extended into a permanent position.

About the role of Document Controller

Specialising in residential projects across the south coast, typically ranging from 100 - 300 units across Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset & surrey. You will be reporting into the Design Director and utilising their system, the ideal candidate will have some Document management systems experience preferably A-Site or Dalux.

Responsibilities for Document Controller

  • Accurately manage and maintain relevant systems including archiving, running reports & ensuring latest versions are always available.
  • Ensure all documents are filed and organised in accordance with company protocol.
  • Provide team members with CDE training and support as and when required.

Requirements for Document Controller

  • Experience working within the construction industry - preferably on-site experience
  • Previous relevant experience using Dalux or A-site
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep several plates spinning
