We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (Nights) to join our team at Clifton Manor Nursing Home.

At Clifton Manor Nursing Home, based in Clifton, Nottingham, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia.

Our home is located in Clifton (NG11) with good transport links and access from surrounding areas across Nottingham. At Clifton Manor Nursing Home, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Position Details
Rate of Pay: Up to £22.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 3 nights per week
Schedule: Rota basis including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
Sponsorship: We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.

Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.

Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.

Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.

Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Required: Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are particularly looking for candidates who have experience in the following areas:

Palliative and end-of-life care
Enteral feeding
Care planning and person-centred care documentation
Wound management
Clinical decision making
Dementia care
Catheterisation and continence management
