Crynodeb
We are looking for a full / part-time qualified Level 2/3 Preschool Assistant/Practitioner to join our team from 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday – Friday, Term-time only.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
o Previous experience of caring for, or working with children aged 2-5 years
o An understanding of EYFS Curriculum
o A commitment to the provision of high quality childcare
o A positive approach to learning and gaining new skills through teamwork and training opportunities
o Good written and verbal skills for report writing, maintaining child records and providing feedback to parents/carers and colleagues
Personal Qualities:
o Enthusiasm and energy for working with young children
o Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills
o Punctuality, Reliability and Trustworthiness
o Excellent communication skills, with children, colleagues, advisors and parents/carers.
o A positive approach to inclusive practice, with children and colleagues
o A compassionate and nurturing nature
