ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Cheltenham
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00
SALARY: 37k basic, 40k OTE + company benefits
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician for their clients dealership, Cheltenham based.
Duties:
• Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Completing vehicle health checks and documentation accurately.
• Liaising with service advisors and ensuring clear communication with customers where needed.
• Upholding manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
• Mentoring junior technicians where appropriate and leading by example.
YOU:
• Have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving license
• Have your own tools
