About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As the Registered Home Manager leading our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
Work collaboratively to ensure a positive contribution to residents’ welfare.
Ensure the Home delivers quality standards of care in accordance with our operating policies and procedures and all statutory requirements.
Ensure the effective management of the Home in conjunction with your Heads of Department within the Home.
To fully contribute to the establishment of the Home Management Plan and be responsible for managing the home budget.
Ensure that initiatives are developed and undertaken to maximise occupancy and revenue growth.
As the registered manager you will be responsible for the safe, happy, efficient and cost-effective running of the Home. You will ensure the home delivers quality standards of care enabling our residents to live as full and independent a life as possible. You will work collaboratively to manage the day-to-day operations of the Home in accordance with statutory requirements and our policies, maximizing occupancy.
