Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - SEN provision based in Leeds
Location: Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

NextGen Teachers are currently supporting a SEN Provision based in Leeds who are seeking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Complex Needs SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The school supports pupils aged 2-19 with a wide range of complex special educational needs.

This role will focus on supporting secondary-aged learners with the most complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism, and significant communication and interaction needs. You will work closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team to help pupils access learning, develop communication, and build independence within a supportive specialist environment.

Candidates applying for this role must have experience supporting Individuals with Complex SEN and Care needs and must have experience with Manual Handling and Personal Care.

Key Responsibilities
