NextGen Teachers are currently working with a fantastic SEN school based in Leeds who are seeking to recruit a experienced and committed Senior SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Our school supports pupils aged 2- 19 with a wide range of complex special educational needs, including communication and interaction needs, autism, severe learning difficulties, and physical or sensory needs.
The successful candidate will support pupils across different age groups and pathways, working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team to help learners access a personalised curriculum and develop communication, independence and social skills.
Candidates applying for this role MUST have experience working with Individuals with Special Educational Needs / Complex care need and MUST be available to start ASAP.
