Crynodeb
The Head of Research and Business Development plays a critical leadership role in advancing Lakeside Healthcares strategic goals through the development and delivery of a high-quality, innovative research programme and commercial service portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Executive, and working closely with our Research Partners the postholder will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the Research and Business Development functions. Working with the Research Parters, they will liaise with external researchers, commercial companies, and partner organisations seeking to conduct clinical trials in our network. The role will also involve seeking new opportunities and developing alliances for additional contracts including neighbourhood and place contracts. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective governance, continuous improvement, and business growth within the research and additional services space in primary care.
