Bakery cleaner / packer
Your duties will include but not be limited to;
Pack freshly baked goods for our two shops in Wishaw & Motherwell as well as wholesale customers
Operate bakery machinery like pie shell & pastry shapes and packing machine
On the spot quality checks
Housekeeping duties include keeping bakery & surrounding area clean & tidy: sweep floors / wipe down walls / clean toilet area / clean tea room
Some front of house serving before shop-staff start
All training will be given
Requirement
This role involves standing for extended periods of time
Some heavy lifting
Attention to detail
Early start 3:30-04:00 am til 1pm Monday to Friday with day off during the week and an early finish Saturday
