What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Supporting weekly payroll processes and subcontractor payments.
• Managing invoice processing, including approximately 50 subcontractor invoices weekly.
• Assisting with purchase ledger tasks, subcontractor ledger administration, and retentions specific to the construction sector.
• Collecting and submitting subcontractor timesheets.
• Contributing to general finance operations.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Previous experience in finance, accounts, or payroll administration.
• Comfortable working with volume and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage or construction-specific software is advantageous but not required.
• Reliable, steady, and able to consistently meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
