- Salary: Grade 6 | £27,254 - £28,598 pro rata (£14.13 - £14.82 per hour for qualified candidates).
- Schedule: 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:15.
- Support: Unlike many settings, PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time is provided, ensuring you can focus on quality recording without the burnout.
- Specialist Impact: Work within a Specialist Support Centre (SSC), gaining invaluable experience with SEND and Speech & Language development.
We are looking for a Senior Childcare Educator who is physically fit, responsive, and resilient. You'll be the kind of professional who:
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Childcare.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice.
- Exhibits the interpersonal skills to build strong, empathetic relationships with parents and carers.
- Thrives on creating "inviting and fascinating" environments that motivate inquisitive minds.
